Tianying & Luke

The Wedding of Tianying and Luke was held in Cambridge.

The Couple studied medicine at university there and that is where the met each other…. and the rest as they say, is history.

The bride got ready at her College Robinson college where the ceremony was also to take place in the Red Brick chapel.

The Chapel had the most unique stain glass windows.

The Groom and ushers got ready at Luke’s College, Magdalene College, Cambridge
The college’s most famous alumnus is Samuel Pepys, whose papers and books were donated to the college upon his death, and are now housed in the Pepys Building. The college boasts a portrait of the famous diarist by Peter Lely, which hangs in the Hall. The Hall is where the Wedding reception was to be held and a hall of amazing style and history. After the Ceremony Tianying and Luke went from the chapel to the river where they boarded a punt to go down river to Magdalene College. After drinks and canapes on the lawn the wedding party moved into the great hall for the wedding breakfast and speeches. The celebrations then moved on to Crips Court where the cake was cut and everyone joined in with a ceilidh folk band.
A wedding of fun and a venue steeped in history made this an amazing day for all involved. Class-Weddings would like to thank Tianying and Luke for asking us to record their special day.
